(Attachment A) Statute of Association for Social Promotion
A.I.M. - GIOSEF

Art.1 Denomination and AIM head office - GIOSEF ( Agency for Interculture and Mobility - GIOSEF, from here denominated "AIM" in the present text) is a cultural Association for social promotion under the Law 383/2000 and in the civil code respect, laic, independent, pluralist, neoliberal. Association's head office is in Rome, Via dei Piceni 1. Local offices can be constituted. The Association has unlimited duration.

Art.2 Principles
AIM identifies itself in democratic values ratified from the Italian Republican Constitution, and operates according to its precepts.
AIM identifies itself in the principles of the Treaty concerning an European Constitution that has been ratified from the Italian Parlament.
AIM refers to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of the ONU.
AIM is committed to affirm and respect the principles and values of: democracy, equity, tolerance, solidarity, peace and interculturality.
AIM recognizes the freedom of participation as a fundamental value.
The Association doesn't pursue financial gains, therefore is not permetted the distribution, also indirect, of proceeds, gains or management surplus.

Art.3 Aims
The main aim of the Association is to develop active participation of youth in civil, social, cultural and political life at a local, national, European and international level.
