AIM – Agency for Interculture and Mobility -

is a social promotion youth organization created by a group of youth workers specialized in the field of international mobility (Youth in Action and LLP), non-formal education, promotion of active citizenship and social inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities, in terms of disabilities, geographical social and economic disadvantages.

AIM's objective is to implement projects in partnership with informal groups, youth organizations and institutions – such as schools, universities and public bodies - working in the field of education, training and youth policies, at local, national and international level, in order to share experiences and good practices in the promotion and creative innovation of education systems and of projects involving young people.

The association statute aims to develop youth active participation in the civil, social and cultural dimensions of society, with a local, national, European and international perspective.

AIM is structured in Areas: Training, Communication, Laboratories, International. Each area contributes with its volunteers to the development of other areas activities.
