Mission: the design, implementation and recognition of non-formal education within the European framework of LifeLong Learning through international mobility, to create and develop good practices, intercultural exchanges, participative projects, debates and reflections concerning the processes suggested by the European Commission DG Education and Training.
The activities are designed and facilitated by young people who share their competences and their time with the association. AIM believes that thanks to training and active involvement of young people in their local realities, it is possible for them to become active individuals creating new opportunities (both of volunteering and of work) to improve the social environment of their communities.
The Training Area has engaged an important connections with Italian schools of any grade, activating extra curricular courses that follow the guidelines of the European framework for education and training contextualized to the daily realities of the outer world.
In fact, non-formal education doesn't substitute formal education, but it is complementary and of support to enhance group dynamics in order to reflect, debate and confront within school institutions and in civil society.
